The company represents labels such as Red Bull Records, Som Livre, Thirty Tigers, Daptone Records, Metal Blade, Pop Art, Cherry Red and Codiscos, as well as artists including Daddy Yankee, Joey Bada$$, G Herbo, Jorja Smith, Kelsea Ballerini and RuPaul, among others. Prior to The Orchard, Theis was based in London as Senior Vice President, International of ADA Global. She spent 12 years overseas, relocating from New York for her international marketing role with Rykodisc and Palm Pictures. She got her start in the music industry in Elektra Records international department.
