An Italian-qualified lawyer (avvocato) with experience in intellectual property (IP) and internet laws, Dr Eleonora Rosati is a tenured associate professor in IP law at the University of Southampton (UK), a guest lecturer in copyright law at EDHEC Business School (France), and an editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice (Oxford University Press). She regularly advises clients in the creative and technology sectors as a policy consultant under the umbrella of her own e-LAWnora consultancy and as door tenant at specialist IP set 8 New Square in London. She has authored numerous contributions on IP issues, and also contributes to specialist blogs The IPKat and The 1709 Blog. Eleonora has lectured and presented on topical copyright-related issues in several countries and for a number of institutions and organizations, including: the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the European Parliament, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO, formerly OHIM), AIPPI, ALAI, BLACA, the Australian Copyright Council, the Singapore IP Academy, the Copyright Association of Ireland, IFRRO, TIPLO, and many more.
