Ricardo Chamberlain joined Sony Music in 2005 in his hometown of Costa Rica and took on a wide range of roles in digital business, sales and marketing, which caught the attention of Sony Music U.S. Latin. He arrived in Miami in 2014 and quickly adapted to the larger market and began to revolutionize the digital marketing space at the label by managing successful digital strategies for the entire roster including superstars like Ricky Martin, Enrique Iglesias and Marc Anthony. His career in the industry began long before he joined the label. As a musician, he played with renowned Central American groups and led his band’s creative endeavors as a songwriter, guitar player and producer.
