Tracy Maddux joined the CD Baby team in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer and became CEO in May of 2012.

He has led the company during a period of rapid growth, focusing on rolling out new platforms that enable artists to self-manage their music careers, make money from their music, and communicate directly with fans.

Although he's not an artist himself, Tracy loves to attend concerts and festivals in his free time - especially if the shows involve jam bands.
